Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Consumable items (e.g., blades, drill bits, welding wire)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
