At MakeIt Studio, we strive to get your tools to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (order by 12 PM)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
