General Warranty Coverage
Most products sold at MakeIt Studio are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand, and are clearly stated on each product page. In general:
- Hand Tools: 1–5 years depending on the manufacturer
- Power Tools: 1–3 years depending on the manufacturer
- Measuring Tools: 1 year
- Consumables (blades, bits, wire, etc.): Not covered under warranty
What Is Covered
Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Premature failure under normal operating conditions
- Structural defects not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered

How to Make a Warranty Claim

- We may request photos or videos of the defect for assessment.
- If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
- Warranty claims are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
