• 1. PROFESSIONAL DUAL-HEATING SYSTEM – Separate hot-air preheating and welding-rod heating allow the base material and filler rod to be heated independently, helping produce stable, consistent welds on PE, PP, HDPE and LDPE plastic fabrication and repair projects.
• 2. FAST 2.0-2.5 KG/H EXTRUSION OUTPUT – The powerful 800W extrusion motor provides smooth and continuous material delivery for long seams and demanding jobs. Designed for 3-4 mm round plastic welding rods used in tanks, pipes, sheets and geomembranes.
• 3. DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL – The easy-to-read digital display allows operators to monitor the plastic extrusion temperature clearly. Hot-air temperature adjusts from 20-620°C, while extrusion temperature adjusts from 50-380°C for different materials and working conditions.
• 4. COLD-START AND OVERLOAD PROTECTION – Motor cold-start protection helps prevent the drive motor from operating before the machine reaches the proper temperature. Built-in overload protection and fault-code display help reduce damage caused by incorrect operation and simplify troubleshooting.
