About This
- Complete rotary table setup for small mills -This kit includes a 100mm (4") rotary table with four T-slots, a 100mm self-centering 3-jaw chuck, M14 x 1 back plate, M6 Clamp Kit and T-nuts. Designed for accurate part positioning and rotary machining, it provides a compact and versatile solution for small to medium milling machines. All components are compatible and built for precision alignment and stable work holding.
- Horizontal and vertical mounting compatibility -The rotary table supports both horizontal and vertical orientations, offering flexibility for multi-axis machining. In vertical setup, the center height is approximately 50mm (2-1/16"), which fits well with compact bench-top mills or limited-space machine environments. This allows for operations such as slotting, indexing, and angled hole drilling
- Worm gear with 10-minute graduated handwheel - The rotary table uses a 1:36 worm gear system, allowing 10° of table rotation per full handwheel turn. The handwheel is precision-graduated in 10-minute (1/6°) divisions and can be reset to zero. This supports accurate and repeatable angular positioning across the full 360° table scale, ideal for layout marking, drilling, or segment machining.
- Self-centering 3-jaw chuck with reversible jaws – The chuck features three jaws that move simultaneously to center workpieces quickly. Both internal and external jaws are included and can be reversed to accommodate various part sizes. The front-mount design allows easy installation onto the rotary table via a pre-drilled back plate and 65mm locating recess, supporting accurate chuck alignment
- Precision M6 Clamp Kit for 3" Rotary Tables - Engineered for stability and precision, this kit includes 2 step blocks, 2 M6 tee bolts (55mm overall length) with flanged nuts, and 2 clamps. It is perfectly sized for 3" rotary tables. Ideal for securely holding workpieces during milling, drilling, or other machining operations.
