About This

• Two YS-BPV-3000 Cooling Spray Nozzles: Independently adjustable air flow and mist volume save coolant and give you precise control. The left knob adjusts air flow, the right knob adjusts oil/coolant flow. For a coarser spray and less fog, lower the air pressure and restrict the fluid flow. Copper anti-slip joints are durable and easy to connect; the universal joint can be twisted and locked into position. The copper nozzle is waterproof and dustproof
• 3L Water/Oil Tank: Made of industrial-grade resin, this tank is corrosion-resistant, acid/alkali-resistant, and impact-resistant. It comes with a lid and filter screen. Note: The lid is equipped with a black rubber sealing ring. Before tightening the lid, please check that the sealing ring is correctly seated in place to prevent any leakage. Sprayable media: water, alcohol, coolant, engine oil, kerosene, cooking oil, cutting fluid, saponification liquid, diesel oil
• 2-Position 3-Way Solenoid Valve: DC24V, PT1/4 inch inlet/outlet, working pressure 21-114 Psi / 0.15-0.8 MPa. The aluminum alloy valve body with imported sealing parts ensures durability. The red copper coil offers excellent heat resistance for long-term continuous operation, and the high-frequency pilot head responds up to 5 times per second. This valve allows remote on/off control via your CNC controller, making it ideal for automated machining systems
• Air Filter Regulator: 1/4 inch ports, precise pressure regulation, and efficient filtration. The fine threads and all-copper drainage port ensure reliability. Built with a standardized modular design and a high-quality precision filter element, it removes moisture and impurities from the air supply, stabilizes output pressure, and protects the solenoid valve and nozzles for a longer service life
