• 🔧 This rotary broach does not have the wobble feature; therefore, follow the steps mentioned below for effective broaching.
• 🔩 Offset the tailstock by 1 to 1.5 degrees for proper alignment during broaching.
• 🔲 Pre-drill holes larger than the broach size: 10% larger for square broaches and 3% larger for hex broaches.
• 🛠 Alternatively, if pre-drilling a larger hole is not possible, pre-drill the hole to match the exact size of the broach and add a 45-degree lead-in chamfer. This will guide the broach smoothly into the workpiece and ensure effective broaching.
