• Correct Wire-Color Placement: The second wire entering each coil connector identifies its proper cylinder position. Purple connects to cylinder 1 or 8, red to cylinder 2 or 7, blue to cylinder 3 or 6, and green to cylinder 4 or 5.
• Bank-Specific Connector Routing: On the driver side, install the purple connector at cylinder 1, blue at 3, green at 5, and red at 7. On the passenger side, install red at cylinder 2, green at 4, blue at 6, and purple at 8.
